Brand Identity, UI Design, Large-format Artwork, Interior/Branding Consultation
KIN
As the lead designer for KIN, I collaborated closely with the CEO to develop a comprehensive brand identity centred around a food-ordering app that promotes sustainable eating. My role encompassed a range of design elements, including:
Logo and Typography: Crafted a distinctive logo and typeface that embody the brand’s ethos.
App UI Design: Designed an intuitive user interface for the app, enhancing user experience and engagement.
Way-finding System: Produced a large-scale geometric floor way-finding system to facilitate navigation within the space.
In addition to these core elements, I provided strategic consultation to the interior design agency, advising on brand-appropriate materials, finishes, colour palettes, and Japanese design inspirations to ensure a cohesive aesthetic throughout the environment.
Since its launch, KIN has expanded to include smaller restaurants, pop-ups, a children's meal program, and a line of commercially available free-range eggs, all while maintaining the branding I established.
